Dr. Morris Altman
Dr. Morris Altman received his Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Dental Surgery degrees from the University of Toronto. He has been in private practise since 1973. Over the years he has been an active member of various dental study clubs. His current special interests in dentistry are composite esthetic restorations, crown and bridge and dental implant restorations. He is especially proud to practise dentistry with his son, Marc and his daughter Jaclyn. His dental philosophy of keeping dentistry as simple as possible has been steadfast over all these years and he attributes that philosophy as the cornerstone of his success. The other cornerstone of his success is that he just genuinely enjoys practising dentistry and treats all his patients with the forethought "what would I do if this was my mouth". He wishes to reassure all his patients that he has no thoughts about retiring.
Dr. Marc Altman
Dr. Marc Altman received his Bachelor of Arts in Applied Mathematics from the University of Western Ontario in 1995 and his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Michigan in 1999. Marc successfully completed the National Dental Examining Boards in both the United States and Canada in 1999. He licensed by the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario and has been practicing dentistry since 1999.
Marc attends numerous hours of continuing educationand maintains memberships in many professional organizations including the Ontario Dental Association, the Canadian Dental Association, and the North York Centre Dental Study Club. He has a special interest in Disorders of the Temporomandibular Joints, and has assessed and helped hundreds of these patients. Marc has a long-standing personal dedication to improving people's dental health which allows him to bring outstanding functional health and beauty to his patient's smiles.
Dr. Jaclyn Altman - Periodontist
Dr. Jaclyn Altman received her Doctor of Dental Surgery from The University of Toronto and her Masters of Science in Periodontology from Columbia University in New York, where she received the Melvin Morris Award of Excellence. She is currently a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada.
In addition to private practice, Dr. Altman is a Clinical Instructor at The University of Toronto, Faculty of Dentistry. She is a member of The Ontario Dental Association, Ontario Society of Periodontists, American Academy of Periodontology, North York Centre Dental Study Club and Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity.
